Processing
You can now fund your BT account using your credit card. Its instant and fast and the transfer can be done from your Personal Account.
Processing requires you to own a VISA and or MasterCard which is registered on your name as is your BT account. This service is available online for both Rouble and foreign currency’s. We accept all bank cards which are issued by Russian and foreign banks. Payments are processed by PayOnline System processing centre.
Processing transfers to your Broco account are available for all trading account types (Mini/Classic). If a bank card is associated with a non-dollar foreign currency account, funds withdrawn from the card will be converted into dollars at the issuing bank’s rate before funded into your dollar BT account. If the trading account is opened in a currency other than dollars (e.g Euros), and your bank account is in Dollars, the amount will be converted into dollars before sent using the current rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
The commission fee is 5,5% for transfers in foreign currencies for all card types.
Funds are credited to the account within 10 minutes of payment.
Please note! To use the processing service, you need to provide scans of the following document: a copy of your passport (which should have been provided when opening the account), a front and back copy of your card making sure the number is readable. If you are concerned about security, you may cover certain parts of your card number but the first 6 and last 4 digits must be visible. All scans are to be provided through the Personal Account.
Please also note that the Customer may be blocked from withdrawing funds credited using the processing functionality within 45 days after the funds are credited to the trading account if withdrawal to a different card or different account details is attempted and the trading account hasn't been replenished in any other way. This is necessary in order to check such account details.
Please also note that a Customer's withdrawal may be rejected if the request is made by a different card which has not been replenished or different account holder than the one originally used to fund your BT account. The amount rejected for withdrawal, will be blocked for 45 days.
Instructions on Processing Operations

Log in to your Personal Account and select the "Fund account with a banking card via PayOnline" option next to your account. A page with information on payment terms will open. Here you will also find a list of cards owned by the user, their status, and 2 links – “Pay with One of the Activated Cards” or "Activate a New Card".

Click "Activate a New Card" to activate a new credit card. You will be billed for a minimum amount ($1). Please confirm this payment. No actual payment will take place — $1 will only be reserved and will be returned once the card is activated. To make the token payment, press the “OK” button. This will initiate an activation transaction in the PayOnline system interface.

If all data is entered correctly, $1 will be withdrawn from the card and immediately credited back to it. The card is now activated. Next you need to provide the following documents:
- a scan of the passport (if you didn't provide it when opening the account)
- a scan of the face side of your plastic card with a readable number
- a scan of the back side of the plastic card with an obscured secret number (CVV)
Please load the scans into special fields provided in the Personal Account for that purpose and press "Upload".

The card status needs to be confirmed by a Broco specialist. After that you will be able to perform all funds crediting operations using the processing functionality. The activation process takes 1 business day. As soon as your card is activated, an appropriate notification will be sent to your E-Mail address specified at the time of registration.

To replenish your trading account through the Personal Account, click the "Pay with One of the Activated Cards" link. A form will open, prompting you to enter the amount and payment currency. Do it, press "Pay", and then press "Confirm Payment".

The PayOnline system site will open. Please fill in all the required fields of the transaction form. Once you complete the form, the operation will be confirmed with a message reading "Thank you. Your funds have been credited to trading account XXXX".

If your money is not credited to the account within 15 minutes after payment, please contact your personal broker whose contact details are available in your Personal Account.
Note: Your credit card should have your signature clearly visible.
Bank card payments are accepted through Broco Investments’ agent in the Russian Federation — Broko Agency, LLC.
The maximum single transaction amount is 2500$. The total amount transferred from a single card may not exceed $5000 per day.
