Your profit
The more Clients are involved by the IB-partner the more compensation this partner will receive on each group of trading instruments.
The IB-partner’s profit is a part of the spread on Forex instruments and a percentage of the commission on each CFD and indices trading transactions being closed.
You can easily calculate your possible profit understanding that our IB-partners are going to receive following rewards:
- Forex instruments transactions:
- up to 1.2 points from a 2 points spread
- up to 60% of Company’s profit
- up to 20-26% per cross-rates lot
- CFD futures transactions:
- up to 70% of Company’s profit
- Stocks transactions:
- up to 50% of Company’s profit
We pay the commissions rebates operatively in 5 working days of the reporting month.
You can easily withdraw your commissions using different withdrawal methods.
Example of commissions rebate calculation:
The partner has involved three clients.
- Client A has $1,000 on his trading account balance and closes about twenty lots transactions per month.
- Client B has $3,000 on his trading account and closes about fifty lots transactions per month.
- Client C has $10,000 on his trading account and closes about eighty lots transactions per month.
Lets assume that all of these clients are trading on EURUSD.
The standard IB-partner’s commissions rebate is $8 per lot.
IB-partner’s profit will be: 20*$8 + 50*$8 + 80*$8 = $160+$400+$640 = $1200 monthly income.
How to increase your profit
It is possible by creating a two-level system of partnership: every IB-partner can create its own partnership network. In this case the profit of this IB-partner will be increased with involved partners’ commissions rebate.
Example 1
An IB-partner has involved its own partner which has its own Clients.
Lets assume again that these Clients are trading in EURUSD:
- Clients of Partner 1 have closed 400 lots trades
- Clients of Partner 2 have closed 300 lots trades
Partners’ commissions rebate is calculated as follows:
- Partner 2 Profit = 300 x $8 = $2,400
- Partner 1 Profit = 400 x $8 + 10% x $2,400 (Partner 2 Profit) = $3,200 + $240 = $3,440
Please note! If this IB-partner will not work with his partnership network its commissions would be $3,200 instead of $3,440
The Broco Partners can count on an ascending scale of compensations: with Clients transactions increase the partner’s commission rebate increases too.
Trades limits: 500, 1000, 2500 and 5000 lots. Every step increases partners commissions on futures for 10% and on Forex instruments – for 10-20%.
Having become an IB-partner you get maximum opportunities and your profit depends on your own.
Example 2
IB-partner has involved Partner 2 which has its own Clients.
Lets assume again Clients transactions in EURUSD:
Partner’s Clients have closed 600 lots trades.
Partners’ commissions rebates are calculated as follows:
Partner’s Profit = 600 x $9= $5,400
The commissions rebate per lot is $9 instead of usual $8 because the total number of trades has exceeded 500 and now the next column of coefficients should be applied
Please note! If there will be no increased coefficient for the IB-partner the commissions rebate would be $4,800 instead of $5,400.
