In line with the Announcement of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission ("CySEC") dated 6 November 2009, Broco Holdings Limited ("Company") submitted, on 4 December 2009, an application to CySEC for the granting of an authorization to operate as a Cyprus Investment Firm ("CIF").

Notwithstanding the above, we wish to clarify that Broco Investment Inc does not have a licence to operate as a Cyprus Investment Firm nor to provide any investment or ancillary services in Cyprus and is not subject to the supervision of CySEC.
